Glenn Banner is the founder and owner of the Law Office of Glenn S. Banner, P.A. As a resident of Jacksonville for over 23 years, Glenn Banner has developed strong ties to the community. After graduating from Florida State University in 1999, Glenn moved to Jacksonville for law school and has lived here ever since. Upon completing law school, he became a member of the Florida Bar in 2003, and began his career defending insurance companies in car accidents and suspect medical claim cases.
In 2007, after four years with a small defense firm, Glenn began working at Hinshaw & Culbertson, a prominent Chicago-based national law firm. He was named a partner at Hinshaw in 2012. As a member of the firm’s consumer litigation practice group, he represented insurance companies, lenders, and corporations in business litigation, real estate disputes, professional malpractice, mortgage foreclosure, auto negligence, nursing home defense, and debt collection litigation. As a defense attorney for a large national firm, he has litigated hundreds of cases throughout Florida. After representing insurance companies and corporations for years he decided it was time to change. In 2017, the Law Office of Glenn S. Banner, P.A. was founded to provide high-quality legal services and representation for consumers and victims of wrongful conduct.
Glenn is the proud parent of two active boys. When not practicing law, he enjoys boating, cooking and spending time with his sons. Family time often involves traveling around Jacksonville and surrounding communities with his boys, who are active in baseball, football, and basketball. Glenn has been a volunteer coach with the Jacksonville Beach Baseball Association and I-9 Beaches Flag Football.
